So happy I chose to stay at Blue Corals during my time in Malapascua. They accommodated my every need. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, AC works well, breakfast is delicious, free water refills. I had a room with a big balcony overlooking the water which made for beautiful views and a great place to hang your wet clothes after diving. But above all else, the staff is phenomenal. So friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. They truly make you feel at home. Thank you Blue Corals!! Until next time. - Josh

We stayed 4 nights in a room with a balcony. It was fine, but I would try elsewhere if going back, the main benefit is the location Positives: good location on the beach, inexpensive, helpful staff Negatives: bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, limited hot water, poorly set-up rooms for comfort.

I was put in one room where there was a hive of mosquitoes and at some point the electricity in my room (only my room) stopped working so there was no light. Asked to change a room and received very cold faces. The second room had a huge, open-hand sized spider in it, asked the person in the counter about it, he came and acted like he caught it with a small piece of toilet paper (it actually ran behind the closet) and told me it was all fine. I left the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but after a closer look we soon saw that many of them are fake and most likely bought. We stayed here for 3 nights at the junior suite and here are our experience with staying at blue corals resort. + the location is close to the harbour, beach and many restaurant at the island. + really good view from our room. - the hotel and the rooms were quite dirty and there were a lot of spiderwebs and bugs. - the young girls seemed unprofessional and were mostly interested in their phone and looking in the mirror. - the place is quite outdated and needs renovations and one of the bars were closed. - the breakfast was mediocre at best. - the bathroom was really outdated and dirty. - there were some nice hammocks outside the hotel for the guests if the hotel, but they were occipied all the time by men trying to sell you different stuff (motorcycle, diving etc). I would recommened to not only look at the 5 star reviews if you would want a real feeling of thw place before you stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are basic but clean and toiletries were provided. The View from the balcony was incredible and the location is great to walk into the centre without it being too noisy. The breakfast menu had a good choice and the pancakes were amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful and if we ever return to Malapascua we will definitely book here again!! Thank you all :)
