Cozy resort with relatively clean and basic rooms. Food and service is in house and of decent quality. The pool should be cleaned more often and the furniture needs an update. A/C is quite loud but a (fairly pricey) necessity. Also did 2 dives with Slam. That was great. Really organised and clean place with helpful and kind staff. Would recommend, even if not staying at the resort.

Close to jetty. Staff and owners are friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rooms are clean, and there is a safe. Nice sparkling pool, but chlorine levels seem a bit high. Dives very professionally organised. Good variety of choices for free breakfast. There is a 5% surcharge for cards and PayPal, so best to bring cash. Minuses are applicable to most, if not all, the hotels in town. There is a noisy bar 200m away, which plays loud music late into the night. Can probably be heard everywhere in town! The tap/shower water is salty. Pumped from a bore/well for the whole island. May cause irritation to those with sensitive skin.

Had a great stay here at Slam's. The area is quiet and very accessible. The pool and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. Staffs are friendly and cater immediately to requests. Food is great as well. We will definitely be back.
