Very nice simple clean rooms that seem to be well maintained. The staff and other guests were very quiet. No noise at night and even in the daytime very quiet except for passing motorcycles sometimes. Landscaping is nice and is pleasant and calm to view from the private front porch area. Bed was comfortable and soft. Owners could one up the rooms by installing split system air conditioners instead of the noisy all in one box aircons.

Don't recommend at all! We booked into the Resort, due to relatively cheap prices and good reviews and were absolutely devastated when we got into the room. The room itself makes you feel absolutely uncomfortable - the white light bulbs hanging from the ceiling make you feel like your in the hospital, but the mould on the wall kind of neutralises that feeling. Besides that, our "bathroom" - and that's a really nice description - was stinking worse than anything my nose has ever smelled before. And I suggest, that I smelled quite disgusting things in my life. The smell was so bad, that we tried to not use it at all and kept the "door" - honest description: rotting and moulded piece of wood - shut 24/7. The location is far from everything, and despite it is still pretty noisy! The WiFi didn't reach our room at all, and therefore I find it quite unfair to say, that the accommodation has WiFi - it has partly! The only good thing about the accommodation was, that the staff were really nice... But that's all! As a bacpacker I know, that especially in Asia you sometimes have to sacrifice feeling comfortable, if you want to travel cheaply, but this accommodation really was absolutely horrible! I really suggest spending 10$ more, but therefore being able to enjoy your stay on this beautiful island :)

Place is okay for what it is. I've stayed here for two days and I can confidently say that the facilities are not that well maintained and you could have a better experience elsewhere with the same amount of money.
