Great apartment close to Queenstown. We had a 3 bedroom and there was plenty of room. Unfortunately one of our heaters didnt work and the oven was temperamental but one of the staff helped us. Unfortunately we had issues with Diane/Janelle (we were given 2 names for the one lady). We called on the day of check in asking to check in earlier than 3pm. We were told 3pm was the earliest. Then upon arrival at 3pm, Diane/Janelle (NZ lady in her 50’s) was simply rude. Told us we couldn’t check in until 4:30 as the room wasn’t ready, so we asked for a late check out. We were told “It doesn’t work like that”. After we said we should have the room from 3pm, we were told check in is “FROM 3pm, not AT 3pm”. Total attitude from this lady who should not be dealing with guests.

Didn't even discuss the water situation of not drinking tape water. Had a tiny milk for 4 people for 3 Days. 1 tea towel and 1 dish cloth, the tinneist bit of dish liquid, just didn't seem very user friendly..for the price of over $400

Stayed for 3 nights n we were given the 2 bedroom apartment that comes with 2 toilets. So glad for the heaters available in e living room, bedrooms and even the toilets as Queenstown can get chilly even in autumn. Living room is big enough for a group gathering. Location wise, u can take a leisure walk for 10/15mins to the famous TSS Earnslaw boarding place or the famous Fergburger restaurant which offers great donuts n slices. Kitchen equipped with most if not all things necessary for cooking simple meals. Washing machine and dryer is also provided. Only downside is the drive up to the carpark alloted for you is via a steep slope and somewhat narrow for a big car.

Three bedroom apartment very spacious. Two levels make up the apartment, the bedrooms and bathrooms down stairs and living kitchen upstairs with balcony looking out toward the mountains. The main bedroom has a queen bed and attached ensuite while other rooms are made up of a queen bed in one and two single beds in the other with a bathroom and a separate toilet found in the connecting hallway. The full kitchen and washer and dryer are also within the apartment.
