Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the glass windows. The rooms had high ceiling, kitchen was large. Bathrooms were modern. But ….. …the rooms had fly bugs that looked like mosquitoes. The lights would attract the flies and they like the bright inside walls. Small room didn’t have enough ventilation and there were spiders. Driveway was steep.

Was unfortunately to far from the main part of Queenstown. Views are spectacular. There was no daily service which was disappointing considering how much you pay to stay. The rooms themselves was pretty good, spacious. Bed was not overly comfortable, they need to replace the mattress in room 22 looking over the water as you sink into the middle of it. No pool or spa which was disappointing but overall not a bad place to stay as long as you don’t mind driving into town.

Great views of the lake from both the bedroom as well as from the lounge/hall room. The room we were at had the lounge room upstairs and the bedroom and toilet downstairs. The rooms are accessed through a steep driveway and can get tricky driving to and from the property. Although we stayed here for 5 nights, there was no house keeping or replenishing of supplies. Towels and trash was taken out once during our entire stay. Most of the facilities are available to cook here. Some of the equipments and fittings do look dated and worn out, however that was not a big concern as it all worked fine. The little balcony with a table was great to have a cuppa or breakfast and chats.
