At first, with no mobile network we couldn't find the place and had to ask a local. The room was clean and beautiful. We had all we needed. You could hear everything through the windows so I recommend earplugs. The staff was very friendly and helped us few times with some tourist services in the city. We owe big thank you to them.

Honestly, it was a wonderful stay, everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the reception, all the staff. When I go to Istanbul again, I will stay in the same hotel. Thank you to all. The location is amazing is close from everything

The hotel was nice and has a nice location, but the room service is very bad! They do not clean your room, even after you ask them. I stayed for two days and both days I asked them to clean the rooms, no one came so I cleaned for myself! I hope they fix this issue because others have complained about the same problem on other reviews.
