Not clean Hot water not working for 3 days out of my 6 days stay Air conditioner not working for 3 days No ironing facility, even it was mentioned Refused to refund the money even there was many problems

Positives: - large rooms (kitchen, living area and bedroom) - Train station was within walking distance (7min walk to T1) - WiFi worked great Negatives: - no 24/7 reception. We had to wait 30 minutes until someone came to check in - Air conditioning didn't work. Even though I informed the property that the air conditioning was not working, it was not repaired. (The accommodation said they would send someone over to do the repairs. But no one came) It was very hot in the room at night - Very loud. Even if the windows were closed, it was very loud at night - No room service. The rooms were not cleaned. - No luggage storage. I asked the accommodation if we could leave our suitcases there as our flight was only in the evening, but I didn't get an answer -> we then booked luggage storage at another hotel for €5 per suitcase. - Bathroom could have been cleaner - No soap in the bathroom - From the second day onwards there was no longer any warm water for showering - Communication with the accommodation via WhatsApp didn't work very well
