Excellent service from Irene and Marina and the rest of the crew. We had a small problem and they did their best to help us out. Very friendly atmosphere with excellent service. The hotel is perfectly situated and everything is within walking distance. Big spacious rooms and good breakfast.

The service here is fantastic. All the workers were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. They were very welcoming and gave us recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and shows. The room we stayed in was colorful, beautifully decorated, and modern, with everything we could need during our stay. My only complaints were that the windows were difficult to open and the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking in the hall (neither of these were big issues). Even the location of the hotel is excellent, with so many restaurants, shops, and sites nearby. The hotel is right across from a flamenco theater and is very close to grocery stores where you can buy anything you need during your stay in Madrid. Overall, Blume Cruz Suites was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a super location with excellent, attentive staff. Breakfast is good with adequate variety. Our 4th floor room faced inward and was very quiet. The bedroom was smallish with twin beds and OK storage for clothes. Cooking facilities were minimal but not really needed with all the tapas restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this apartahotel for the last 2 nights and were very pleased. The room was clean and spacious. It is very well located near major attractions and bars/restaurants. What impressed me the most was the lovely and extremely kind staff that work here. I would like to mention that Cristina (at reception) was so friendly and made me feel like family. She was very helpful with how to operate the laundry and other questions we had. The girl working in the morning during breakfast was also kind and lovely. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and we will stay with you again when we return to Madrid!!
