Beware "bnbme Holiday Homes" is trying to scam you. In September 2023, I booked a furnished apartment with bnbme Holiday Homes and paid 100%, but then had to postpone the trip for work reasons. According to the terms and conditions of bnbme Holiday Homes, I was able to cancel the booking and I am entitled to a 50% refund. This was also confirmed in writing by bnbme Holiday Homes and a refund was promised in writing. However, bnbme Holiday Homes did not keep this promise. I am still waiting for a refund. My many written reminders to bnbme Holiday Homes remain unanswered. I am now forced to file a fraud complaint with the Dubai Police.

They have no respect for job applicants. They would invite you for an interview in their office 3 times to meet a different manager everytime. These managers sit in rooms within 10 feet from each other. These could have easily been 1 interview specially that they ask you pretty much the same question.

We've been coming to Dubai for holidays for the past 5 years, and this is the first time we've encountered such a disappointing situation. We rented a studio apartment at Hotel St Regis The Palm through BnBme. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working, and despite reporting it multiple times, the issue persisted. On the first night, it got even colder, making it impossible to sleep. A specialist was sent to fix it, but after their visit, the problem persisted. This repeated on the second night, and despite requesting a refund or another room, we received no response from BnBme's customer service. To make matters worse, the issue remained unresolved. If you're booking, I'd advise against BnBme; their customer service is unhelpful, and they don't effectively address issues.

I had the pleasure of booking bnbme homes at a bnbme property for my colleagues and was extremely satisfied with outstanding experience!. Thanks to Mr Sarbajeet Singh who truly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the stay was exceptional. First and foremost, the service provided by Mr Sarbajeet Singh was top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any queries I had. The warm hospitality and efficiency made us feel right at home, and we knew we were in good hands from the moment we arrived The attention to detail in the luxurious furnished accommodations was remarkable. I cannot recommend bnbme enough! From their superb customer service provided by Mr Sarbajeet Singh to the thoughtfully furnished apartments, the experience was truly memorable. If you are looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay, bnbme should be your go-to choice. Thank you once again Sarbajeet for making our stay unforgettable. We have rebooked the apartments a couple of timed after our first stay and have never been disappointed. All our future stays in Dubai will definitely be at bnbme homes Once again, a big thank you to bnbme and Saberjeet for providing us with such an amazing experience. Keep up the great work!

As an owner, I can only warn to stay away from bnbme Holiday Homes. Our experience was terrible: the lack of transparency edges on straight up theft! We had to run after clarity on reports, fees are not substantiated and earned rent had not been paid out for months! Only after complaining to DTCM and chasing them on a daily basis we were able to receive the dues and get the apartment back! Stay away!!! (If there was the option to give 0 stars I would!)
