The staff is friendly and available at all times. The rooms are small and have no a/c, but the location is super worth it because it’s quiet and safe. There are a lot of nice places to eat and hang around the area.

The location of BH Hotel is amazing!! The most important things like the bedsheets are pristine clean. You can see spots on the wall in the bathroom (not in the shower area) and the floor is a bit aged. The bed is a bit hard to sleep on, but if you look at the quality vs price this is a catch! The location makes up for the few flaws the room has and as said, everything you use in the room is very clean. We started in a room on the 2nd floor and asked for a room a view of the city. So we moved to the 7th floor. This was a great move, to have the rooftops and a bit of the mountains.

Excellent location. Poor customer service at reception. Overpriced without previous notice if you book tour reservation to “pay at hotel”. I think it’s the worst experience I have had in my last 10 trips to Bogota.

Very beautiful hotel just at some couple of blocks from the park of the 93. The service when I arrived was fast and easy. Like in 5 or less minutes they gave me the room to go up and rest for a very early wake up of the next day. In the morning the breakfast was good with many options of eggs, breads and cheeses, and other little sweets. The service of the people that where serving the breakfast and pointing the other things that I could eat was very kind and precise. For the handicapped people in wheelchairs it is easy with the elevator.
