First and last time staying here, even when the location is good and the rooms were ok, the service was terrible. I had an issue because in the reservation by default they include breakfast (even when I said no), and when I did the check in I indicated that no breakfast, so when I got the invoice was including breakfast for even a day that we were not in the hotel. Every time that I call to talk to the manager, she is on a meeting or she is not there, and the people from the front desk change the version of the answer saying that this is not their fault, that they are checking with the restaurant, if this is so hard to check why you dont change your system or I guess I will be paying for other people taking a service that I did not take because me and my family did not put a single step on the restaurant!

EXCELLENT service and amazing staff in the hotel. Restaurant Service is outstanding !!! Sofia, Vivian and David at the kitchen are simply THE BEST! always kindly helping guests to have a more pleasant staying while having meals. David Alejandro (Alejo), Vanessa, Ronald and other lobby/reception Staff are unique !! I will definitely come back soon !
