Perfect location for a short layover. The staff were very helpful, shuttle services were efficient and the meals were delicious. Thank you so much. The only hitch was that I requested for laundry service, called twice in 1hr, but never got help. Otherwise, I loved my short stay there

Location is good. Price is affordable. Facilities is not good. Cleanliness is okay. People in the hotel are nice. But beware of the beggars in the street.

When you Google this hotel it’s shows that it’s a 4 star hotel but in reality it is more like 1 or 1 1/2 start hotel. Toilet smells literally like s*** and there’s definitely mold problem in this hotel. It looks clean but it’s not, floors ABS carpets are cleaned with a dirty mop. Hygiene 0%. Not child friendly. Will not recommend to eat at this hotel, food is not good. This hotel doesn’t serve alcohol which is not that bad thing but they should mention it clearly. Hotel’s Spa is just another level (see the pictures from womens changing room), far from 4 stars, just. This hotel has a small gym and pool, yet again not a 4 start standard. As a female you need to have swimming hat to use the pool, if you don’t have, you must buy it from the shop they have in the lobby. Do not buy anything from this shop if you do not get a receipt.
