Best hotel in Addis Ababa for the money. Great staff (Tababa, Helina, Tilllita, Redeit, Tizita, & the manangerTelihun), spacious, quiet & clean rooms & . Very secure. English well spoken & nice free buffet breakfast. Anything you need, the staff will assist with.

I had an incredible stay at Zan View Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with stunning views and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious cuisine, and the attentive service made dining a delight. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the local attractions. I can't wait to return to this exceptional hotel on my next visit!

I found about about this hotel when I had the chance to see it with a friend, we had lunch and then I was given a tour of the hotel. One of the best and cleanest rooms I’ve seen in Addis. This is clearly a newer hotel, where you can even see that they used grout and silicone in the bathrooms! You have no idea how long it took me to find it here. I realise this is a very niche reference but trust me, this is a great little hotel. The only thing missing is a gym and by a station but hey, there are good cafes within walking distance.

New hotel with modern facilities and helpful staff. There's an airport shuttle that you can call to book (kudos to Yabets). Very clean, and mostly quiet (apart from weekends when the entire Addis is vibing). My main complaint is that there is a cold water shortage that gets bad in the evening so the shower is very hot and has low water pressure. Stayed in three different rooms and all had the same issue. Also there are WiFi coverage blind spots in some rooms. Cannot pay in birr by cash.

they told us it is forbidden two men sleeping in the same room in Ethiopia. they didn't let us know, they just told us at 2am when we arrived. so they wanted us to charge us the price for the room we booked, but separate. we complained so they charged us 52usd each. then we wanted to change money and they gave us less than the exchange rate that they have on the wall. unbelievable. besides that, buffet was ok and the drivers are friendly and useful
