I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept like a baby both nights. The bathroom was well-appointed with plenty of towels and toiletries, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many local attractions. I was able to easily explore the city and take in all the sights and sounds it had to offer.

Wait for the BUT…The location is really good, cool places around it. Rooms are very clean and staff are very helpful. BUT… to begin with, they ask people to rate them well, so don’t trust the 5 stars. The hotel is very badly maintained, shower handle was broken, the rooms are not well ventilated you need to open the windows to breathe properly. The hotel is very noisy, we woke up ever night 2-3 times when we were sleeping there due to other guests arriving, they were not loud but you can hear everything in the hallway and in the other rooms. When someone flushed the toilet or took a shower we were waking up due to the noise of the water pipes. I would not go there another time despite the friendly staff.

The staff is beyond excellent and this is the only reason why this place is okay. Marco was wonderful and the team was very welcoming, very helpful, and so attentive. They also keep the place very clean which made us appreciate it. However, this is it. We did not have one good night sleep here because of 2 reasons: the location is on the street, so very very noisy in the middle of the night, all night and because you can basically hear everything, especially the water pipes at any time of the adjacent room. If your neighbor was taking a shower or using the toilet at 2 am, which was our case, you wake up every night terrified from sudden noises! So make sure to ask for a room that is not on the street and if you are lucky enough, there won't be anyone next or above you! The internet connection is also just okay, not amazing.

Stay away from this hotel if you have a late flight and wish to check-in late. We tried to contact them via email to request a late check-in but they never replied, so we resorted to sending them a WhatsApp message where they simply refused our request. We had to cancel our booking as we were going to end up stranded in the middle of the night and they also refused to send us a refund. Their only solution was to "call at 10am the next day". No professional hotel does this! Beware.
