Well, hostel surprised me , I love read book about Leonardo Da Vinci, breakfast very good, bed comfortable, lock is useful, nearby have metro station and supermarket.

The hostel is very good, clean and safe (even has lockers in the room for personal items). The staff are really friendly and they provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I would recommend to anyone travelling and visiting Milan on a budget. The location is also very walkable and if need be only 5 minutes from tram stops and metro station.

The owner was rude and didnt let us in because we left our luggage (1 small bag) in yard. Check in was 10:30 onwards, but we came arround 8. Avoid this place.

Very rude owners. Check in closes at 1030. My train from germany was delayed 40 minutes so I kindly explained that I wouldn't be able to make check in for the first of 3 nights that I would be there. When I got there the day after, they refused to give me my room for any of the 3 nights ibhad booked or any of my money back. The owners were extremely rude and confrontational. From what I saw of the lobby it wasn't very clean either.

Positive * Delicious coffee during breakfast * English speaking, friendly staff * Great location, few minutes to metro * Nice restaurants around. * Breakfast included * Clean room with a private bathroom * Comfortable mattress * Clean towels * Shampoo and soap provided * Clean and ironed sheet and pillow cover Negative * *There wasn't duvet cover and no information that you have to bring yours. You sleep under unwashed duvet that other people used. The bed linen should be changed after each guest but because duvet didn't had any cover , it was dirty. * Mould in the bathroom.
