Room 4 was so so beautiful. The service is a 10 out of 10. Stalled my suitcase in the morning and they already moved my suitcase to my room when I checked in the late afternoon. *Bower House is a two minute walk from the key pick up. The staff really took care of their guests. I would recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. Definitely would come back!

Very nice property. Most of the other reviews seem to be spot on as to the great location of the property. Walking distance to Battersea, Hyde, and St. James parks. Straightforward check in process, just a short walk from around the corner. The only minor complaint I have is that which has been stated by many others, the basement rooms (or at least the one I was in) are incredibly small (in particular the bathrooms) and you are kept up most of the night by the sounds of plumbing and/or outside pedestrians outside. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable.

Pretty good room. Plenty of Instant hot water is a plus. Our only problem was the low ceiling which we occasionally bumped our head on. It was at the top of stairs, but the lovely staff member gave us a hand to lift our heavy big bags up which we were very grateful for. All the staff were great.

Bower house is a lovely building however our basement room was noisy. Very loud pipe work?? the hotel was able to move us to another room which was good. They were very helpful and friendly. Both rooms need some maintenance, basement room; dented walls, water damage on bathroom furniture. Family room, ripped carpet, mattress needs replacing, sofa damaged. Victoria station was a short walk. National rail, coach station and underground.
