Great experience, small room but enough for 2 people, you have space to store clothes and some other things. A/C, hair dryer, ironing room, the staff is very helpful and kind especially Alfred, since the beginning he was very kind and helped us storing our carry-on before the check in and after the check out. I would recommend the hotel completely.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms that have everything needed, but just about the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom and shower were TINY as well. Comfortable bed, but terrible nights sleep owing to the major road junction underneath my window, coupled with the lack of any sound proofing or blackout blinds/ curtains. I also couldn't figure out the heating, so it was freezing cold all night. Shame really, as this could be a really good place to stay on a budget!

Rooms were really small, but i think that's pretty standard. Bed were comfy enough but small to sleep on. The sink plugged twice, but the front desk was quick to handle and fix the issue. Shower doesnt have great water pressure. Staff is friendly. Convenient location if you want to go to London Eye or the exhibits near that area. Hercules is basically across the street and has great food and drinks

We stayed for two nights, despite the room being very small, it had a cozy and comfortable touch to it. The staff are very polite and welcoming, will do everything to help you throughout your stay, big thanks to the young man who checked us in!! As for location wise, the underground is literally across the street, the London Eye a brief ten minute walk and Big Ben a fifteen minute walk. A Sainsbury’s across the street and Costca Coffee right next door. If you are a light sleeper beware that you will hear everything here, as the rooms are not soundproof nor are the windows. Other than that a great place!:))
