I cannot fault this hotel AT ALL. It has all of the amenities that anyone could require. Absolute five stars for every aspect of this hotel. There is a cafe, a restaurant, room service, breakfast buffet and a spa there, how can anyone complain? The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The Internet connection is very good here, I know some people struggle with this in other hotels in Istanbul, but this is not an issue here. Perfect for everyone - solo, family, weddings, groups, friends etc. x

On our arrival staff where amazing. There where some glitches in our stay in which I would have ignored. As not everything is perfect. We upgraded to a suite and not bothered them to fix the issues we seen. When your on vacation who can be bothered to try get the point across. On our departure very disappointed - left with a bad taste in our mouth with the reception staff running towards our taxi like we where criminals for two chocolate bars that where replaced. Not a friendly good bye. Lacking etiquette. Do your job properly on check out. We spent more money than we desired too because your first room was filthy.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days. I completely advise to don’t go to this hotel, they even charge you for water or any type drink that it’s in your room already and as soon you wanna check out they give you the bill of some things that you didn’t even used. Please stay away from this hotel!!!

I’m currently staying in the hotel and am a non smoker but alls I can smell in my room is cigarettes it’s coming through the air conditioning it’s disgusting and unhealthy, i also used the gym in the health club today I was working out in the gym and alls I could smell was cigarettes I reported to the health club reception and she told me staff smoke in the car park so must be coming through the ventilation which is disgusting me breathing the cigarettes in how can it be a health club 🙄 I also reported to main reception and I don’t think he really understood why I was annoyed as he’s obviously a smoker, I will try to report to reception once more if no joy im asking my dentist who arranged this hotel to change me to another hotel as I’m not breathing in cigarettes and paying for this dirty smell.
