This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel! The air-conditioning doesn't work & the rooms are extremely hot. There is nothing in the rooms: a kettle, cup or dishes, or even a tissue box. The rooms are not new and there is no view. I read so many negative reviews about this place's breakfast. But I was satisfied with it since it had variety of food.

Was sent here by the airport and got a free room because our flight wasn’t going till 18h after our arrival in Istanbul. My first reaction is that I got really impressed by how fancy the hotel looked. Upon arrival we got a meal that consisted of lamb, rice and chips. When I told them I am allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts they understood and gave me an other dessert. But then at breakfast they was really bad at talking English and when me and my companions tried to explain that I cannot eat eggs or dairy they thought I could eat it and showed us the eggs anyway. All that I could eat at breakfast was fruit and some fried mushrooms. They didn’t even try to make something for me. I am very unhappy with this hotel, even if it was free, and I would never recommend this to another person

If you are looking for the short distance hotel from Istanbul Expo Centre Hals, this might good for you. But during winter, I will not recommended this to you, because I'm very sure for 2 nights you will not enjoy it, because the room temperature is just set on warm. You can not sleep because it's too hot, you need to open your window and hear the sound of different kind horn of vehicles outside, train, and the dog barking etc. For the food, it might be you will not get a good breakfast if you are not familiar with the european breakfast style. they don't have a heavy meal breakfast. I enjoy only the coffee, break and orange juice, I may say that it's not worth what you pay for. the only good thing here is the walking distance from the Exhibition Fair. Room cleanliness 4/5 Staff from the information area 3/5.

I'm so disappointed,poor breakfast ( I stayed in Gönen hotel before, where breakfast is amazing ) , bad coffee in restaurant, no!!! Iron when I'm on business trip , so I have to pay 5 euros for every shirt ironing....how come?.that was a big disappointment, apart of it no tea coffee + kettle service in room , too much big name, but services are poor only sauna which works nicely ......I was very disappointed
