Pleasant stay at this ideally located hotel in the heart of the city, close to the tram and various attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The reception was satisfactory, and the check-out was smooth. The spacious room provided a visual view of a charming river. The only minor drawback was the single beds being attached despite our reservation for a double bed.

Not a good place to go. The rooms are old and not well cared for. The bathroom is old and the tap doesn’t have a changeable temperature and overheats very quickly. You can still hear the water and wind outside clearly even though the window is closed and the rooms have a weird odour. Check in is at 4pm which is ridiculous because it means you have to wait in the lobby or go outside. Parking is expensive and should be free considering you are staying there. Wifi is only on the lobby floor and doesn’t work on any other floors and is not that great anyway. Overall a bad hotel and do not recommend.

Rooms are very old, not very clean but not horrible either. I have had mostly good experiences with the staff—one gentleman lent me his personal charger. It is okay as just a place to sleep but our room had no windows, we couldn't get 5G (I hypothesize they built a faraday cage around the free WiFi router as well), and in general I don't think we were looking forward to coming back to this room. Included shampoo is fairly poor. Lounge smells of smoke usually as well. Fine as a cheap place but not great.

16.00 check in is too late and girl at booking desk has as awful meet and greet face and attitude to be on the main desk. Also to get there after driving hours And then to be told parking was closed however it seemed to be full in morning at 10am after we had to hunt down parking and get taxis back and fro to hotel. The room was good won't complain about that. However the late check in and unwelcoming desk staff would think again about booking this hotel again.
