I honestly had a great stay at this hotel. I was a little wary after reading reviews, but I was very pleased when I arrived. It’s an old hotel with history and they’re doing a great job of preserving it. It has a lot of beautiful art deco touches. Everybody was incredibly kind and helpful. Yes the building is old, there are some stains, but overall I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful building in an amazing location. Will be back again for sure!

Good value for the price. Rooms were OK, not especially clean or well kept, lots of chipped paint and mold in the bathroom. The view from the hotel would have been excellent if not for the construction outside. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Safe location in a more quiet part of town.

This hotel is very old and it shows unfortunately. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind but the hotel itself is just okay at best. The little elevator takes like 5 mins to stop on each floor so it takes forever to come. The AC in our room was blowing hot air, we brought that to the front desks attention and we were told that there is no maintenance person but that they would come check on it. No one ever came...and we were not offered a different room or any solution. This is Miami...AC is essential. Our room had an ocean front view, but there is extensive construction going on in front of the hotel so it is not currently a pretty view, and don't plan on sleeping in, because the construction crew starts bright and early. There were no blankets on the beds just top sheets, which I guess is fine since we had no AC. There was an $18 "resort fee" which they refunded as a fix for the no AC.

My recent stay at the Broadmoor Miami Beach Hotel was an overall average experience with a few areas that could use improvement. First, let's start with the positives. The hotel's location by the beach was undoubtedly a highlight. The beautiful view and easy access to the sandy shores allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable beachfront experience. Additionally, the hotel's common areas were clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests to unwind. However, there were a few aspects that fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the rooms lacked proofing.. completely smelled like weed/smoke inside. I had to change the room. Furthermore, the room itself could have used some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I noticed some signs of wear and tear, such as outdated toilets and outdated fixtures. Additionally, the bathroom amenities seemed to be of a lower quality compared to other hotels in this price range. On the service front, while the staff was generally friendly and polite, it took time for us to move in. Lastly, I found the pricing to be on the higher side for the overall experience. They charge a resort fee! The elevator is a pity!

This is a much older hotel. I believe the front desk clerk said it's been around since 1949. The access to the beach is less than a minute away. There was nothing fancy about the room we stayed in, we only stayed for 1 night. For me it wasn't the best hotel I stayed in,but it also wasn't the worst by far at all. You are in walking distance to a lot of eateries if you didn't want to drive.
