Small hotel of 27 rooms just on bagdat street. The quality of the place is very good. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are of good quality and size. breakfast provided is acceptable in varieties and the staff are quite nice and helpful and will cook you any type of eggs separately without extra charge. What I liked about the hotel is the personal help you get from the staff that you don’t get in any other 5 star hotels, and I believe Ozgour and Onur are doing a really good job in keeping the hotel guests happy. If you are in the mood for shopping in bagdat street or going to kadikoy then this is the right place for you. But the hotel is not cheap. What I didn’t like is the noise in the street on weekends. And some towels that where overused. Also there is no gym or swimming pool. If I have the chance to go to Istanbul Asia again I will definitely use this hotel.

It was my pleasure to choose this hotel in my trip stay list. Everything was above expectations , the location , rooms , services and for sure the kindness staff ever. I would thanks the whole staff for their great hospitality during my whole stay , they keep smile all the time and always ready to help. I recommend it for sure and will be my first choice next time.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms. But it is very lively and loud (music, cars honking, people), it’s located on top of a bar/restaurant - the windows are not that sound proof, it was hard to fall asleep earlier than 12:30 am. I recommend to request a higher room than the 2nd floor, perhaps that would solve the issue. Or if you’re here to party, it’s perfect.
