Huge rooms! They were clean and functional. My bedsheets and towels were very clean and smelled lovely. There’s a TV, fridge and kettle in the room as well as complimentary water, instant coffee and shower gels. Staff is friendly, checking in and out was smooth. The pool was great, very clean, not too much chlorine inside, never crowded. The gym was huge and very well equipped. Only downside: only open from 9am-9pm. During my stay there was unfortunately some construction going on within the building and in close proximity of the building. It always started around 8am which led me to some sleep deprivation. Other than that: recommended to stay here!

This hotel is pretty good, clean and chill. The front desk staff were polite and always available to help. The place is secured with security guards always around. They would open the car and lobby doors for us which I find very chivalrous. One of them even helped us catch a cab when our Grab car was taking too long to arrive so kudos to him. The room was spacious. We booked the family room which had two bedrooms: One master and the other with twin beds. Housekeeping would come everyday and refill our water and coffee. I would have given 5 stars if only they had a kitchen to provide breakfast and a bathrobe and slippers to wear in the room bc it was rather uncomfortable walking around the rooms with no slippers on 🥲 We also had a balcony view of the pool and of the city from the master bedroom and the living room as well. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It was nicely located,not so far from tourist spots but you’d have to take into consideration the traffic 😅 Just opposite the building,they have places to eat which was a lifesaver to us and there’s a 7/11 just a few stores up the street. There are a lot of street food too along the road but unfortunately we weren’t able to go out and explore. All in all,our trip to Bangkok wouldn’t have been awesome if it weren’t for BU Place so please keep up the good work and thank you for your service :))))

Room is super spacious, it’s not super new but clean. I like the firmness of beds, staffs extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to go to Central Rama9 mall, the hotel provide free shuttle every hour which is super convenient. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The hotel itself is nice, the reception area is clean and always manned. High security throughout the building and the staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough to help you with whatever your request is. They are very kind The rooms are very spacious, large balcony and a high pressure shower. It’s just a bit run down in a sense, more apartment style than hotel. There is room make-up service available Bathroom has a window that is constantly open (with bug net) so it’s always very humid & can hear the outside etc. didn’t bother us much but might bother others Bed is very hard, pillows equally hard. but linens were clean & towels were clean with no stains Pool area is very nice!! Really clean, nice view of the skyline, showers and toilets etc. was very impressed by the pool area Gym is okay, staff are very helpful We stayed for 6 nights, we were ready to leave if that makes sense. It’s a comfortable stay but nothing luxurious. Location is a bit awkward, it’s a 30 min walk to the nearest metro station so they offer a shuttle bus (bus this is only hourly) and the pickup service wasn’t very reliable because of the traffic.
