Great location, comfortable accommodation in 2 bed apartment. Could do with more cooking utensils being that it is an apartment. It was had to do much cooking here .

This was a very nice place to stay; however, there is no elevator, so we had to drag luggage up 4 flights of stairs. There are stairs to go up and back down the bridge between the water taxi stop and this hotel as well. We would recommend staying near the train station and take the water taxi to all the places you want to see in Venice. There is a bar/sandwich shop right next to the hotel that sells croissants, coffee, beer, sandwiches, etc. around the corner there is a restaurant that makes the best pizza and has good gelato. If you do stay here—from the train station, get the water vaparetto #1 line going LEFT out of the station and that will get you down to St Mark’s square and where most of the tourists stay. It’s $9.50 euro to ride for 75 minutes so buy a day pass for $20. Learn the water taxis before you go-believe us. BEWARE OF PICK POCKETS in Venice. They are rampant. Beware of anyone offering to take your bags-could be a scam to steal the bags. Others mentioned that happening to them.

Good location to visit Venise. But you will need to walk a little if you search for some places like restaurants and bars with good value for price.

Really big apartament, but the time past over the furniture speaks for itself, the ceiling and also the floor are made from wood and for this reason very noisy (especially the above bathroom from the other apartament). No breakfast included and the most disturbing thing :mosquitoes!! ( protective net on the windows is necessary). Positive things : extra large beds and close to shops and restaurants.
