We booked into Cancun Soho when our flight was cancelled due to weather. We were exahusted, irritated, and worried. However, it was one of the best parts of our trip. Francisco and his family took such good care of us. They helped us find delivery food that was open late, they gave us tons of suggestions to do close, and even provided transportation back to the airport when we were finally able to get a flight out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and back yard were the perfect place to relax. We cannot thank them enough. Francisco even checked on us once we left to make sure we made it home. If we end up back in Cancun we will skip the big resorts and stay with them.

The place is excellent, and the host Francisco and his wife are awesome people. I will definitely recommend this place! Take Francisco advice about his ride services.

It's a house in a normal neighborhood, but the rooms are big and nice and the lady there was very helpful. We ended up getting there really late (around 4am) due to some setbacks. She was very understanding and let us sleep in and check out an hour late. The pool and garden were nice. I will most likely be staying here next time we visit Cancún.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt super safe as 2 females ! Patricia is like a lovely person and the villa is great . Very calm and clean . Best place to have some rest before a long travel and flight connection I really recommend this place . Just count the taxi transfer cost in the budget + have some cash as it’s cheaper to pay by cash ( which was not our case )
