Compared to other reviews, I had a good experience. For the price, the rooms are more than good, it's not the cleanest room I've seen but it's ok. The super positive point is that it's close to the airport and it's in the area where there are Uber to go to the airport. There are hardly any places where you can take Uber in Mexico. I'll stay there again for my next plane 👍

The home was very beautiful in the day. However, the workers had music playing all night till 2:30am. While my children sat outside to use WIFI because it didn't work in the room, one of the male workers used the restroom in front of them. I had to ask my kids to stay in room. Later that night the works ran around super intoxicated yelling and screaming. It was very scary not family friendly at all!!! Go some where else.

AVOID. FALSE ADVERTISING. I booked a room through Expedia for this hotel. When I arrived they charged me the full price for a luxury room but gave me a much smaller room than had been advertised (even though the advertised room was empty and free). The room wasn't that clean. They were incredibly rude, I was a female traveller alone and felt very intimidated. It was late at night and there were gun shots outside so I had no choice but to pay the luxury room rate for a much smaller and not so pleasant room. The staff were unpleasant and rude and the owner was shouting at me and even said I should just go wonderings the streets (Of Mexico... at night.. with gun shots... as female traveller alone)

It was a creepy experience. We arrived at night and it was not well lit. The room smelled heavily of humidity and there were ants and dead bugs around. The bathroom door was creaky and the door key was oxidated. Our room had no TV but the AC worked fine. There is no sign outside to let toy know you are in the right place and the pool was not working and was dirty. The wifi was good. The hot water had some trouble but was fixed by the people that worked there. The price was perhaps acceptable but all of the things mentioned affected a better score.
