My first impression from looking at the bed room was not pleasant as the size of beds was smaller than other new hotels, even comparing to Courtyard by Marriott in Oasaka Also considerations of upgrading a room for high tier Marriott members was not applicable in this hotel. Although I had read many reviews in Google about this, but my expectation turned out not to meet my hope with crossing fingers. However, there are a few reasons why I am recommending this hotel. - location and location - software skills(staffs) are so good, they know best, while hardware need to be renovated 😟 - food was great and generous Overall the satisfaction of staying hotel was good, meanwhile I hope this hotel recognize Marriott high tier member so they can consider revisiting the hotel.

As a Lifetime Titanium member, I was given the same room on the low level, as any other non-Marriott member. Asking the front desk for an upgrade or at least a renovated room was not useful. I regret staying here and asked to cancel my reservation as soon as I saw the room. They did not allow me to cancel. Despite me being loyal to Marriott over the past 15 years, this hotel does not treat their members that have spent $500k+ dollars hotels with the company any differently.

Rooms a good size but a lot of noise heard from hallways and from street. Had to use your white noise app and ear plugs. Didn't like that the pool/hot tub is an extra charge. Elevators would take a while too, and often too full so had to wait for another. This happened multiple times. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is located in an easily accessible area with the subway/metro transport very close by. They also have an airport bus that is locate directly under the hotel. Staff were nice and could understand English however there were also many trainees that we had a hard time communicating with. However the rooms were the most disappointing. The room was very dated and many aspects/functions of the room such as the tv, aircon and bathroom were very old and doesn’t live up to the supposed 5star hotel. They need to renovate their rooms in order to maintain that 5star rating
