From the moment we stepped into the lobby, We were greeted with the warmest welcome from the front desk service agent, Frank. He truly set the tone for my entire stay. He had exceptional professionalism, combined with an infectious enthusiasm, that made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. Not only did they swiftly handle the check-in really well, he had to check in early. But Frank went above and beyond to ensure my accommodations were perfect. He also had really good local recommendations. The extraordinary service, kindness, and professionalism deserve recognition we got from Frank and the rest of the staff, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is amazing as well.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel earlier this month. It is in a great, central location and has great rooms and amenities. Guest Service Agent Theresa Thomas warmly welcomed us upon arrival and made sure our room and stay exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful stay! The staff was amazing. The hotel looked and felt clean. Our room was very nice. I really liked the small green area for my dog. The location os close to sightseeing opportunities and metro stations.The only reason I gave the room 4 stars is due to the lack of hot water. There was hot water but it was short lived. But overall, I doubt we will stay anywhere else in DC because this hotel was such a wonderful experience. Oh, the price of parking does suck but it's DC...
