I do not appreciate your service attitude. You did not assist in booking the wrong date to stay and did not contact us to inform us, We have booked at your hotel for 4 nights, if you do not see us coming, you must be responsible for contacting us. Contact by phone number or email to notify. And this month is not the peak tourist season, your room is always empty.

Uncomfortable stay. Very noisy, can hear everything from throughout the hotel in your room, including people checking in at midnight, water through the pipes, and people talking on the roof to 1-2am. Room was stuffy and bed was uncomfortable, couldn't sleep at all. Owner inflexible with shortening stay, despite hardly any guests. Would not recommend.
