Location location location,, thats all this place is about. You could spend all your day in your apartment enjoying the view right frm your living room. The only down side is this place really needs a face lift. Furniture is old and our lounge sofa badly needed new upholstery (was really dirtly ahd worn out). If only they refurnish this place this could easily be ranked as the best place with the best view on pacific beach. Other than that they have plenty of clean towles , bedsheets, kitchen utensils, beach gear and a really nice hot tub and clean pool which we throughly enjoyed.

Our stay here was amazing! The view from the unit is Spectacular!!!! Check in/check out was easy and seamless. The property is clean and well maintained. Our unit was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It is close to so many shops and restaurants. Right off the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!

During our stay in September 2022 and now 2023 - we were disappointed that the pool is not kept up during our stay for 10 days. The grime around the inside blue tile rim of the pool is not maintained. The grime can be taken off with medium effort. The black lounge chairs are dirty, need to be wiped down though are new from last year, just not inviting as this is an "All Seasons Resort Lodge" as stated on the Website. We hope that in 2024 when we return we can once again enjoy the pool which needs weekly cleaning. The water filter may be lacking to keep the water fresh looking and removal of elements in the water. We did not take a look at the two restrooms that last year were a dirty mess. We hope these have had their repairs done. This year we did enjoy the new luggage carts which were easier to maneuver.

We reserved a two bedroom unit they gave us #310. The Wi-Fi and the cable TV wasn't working. We were moved to #710 the next day. Unit 710 was definitely an upgrade from 310. Everything was better. If I stayed in 310 I would have given them a 2⭐. 710 had electric blinds while 310 had broken and missing vertical blinds. 310 refrigerator ice maker wasn't working. 310 2nd bedroom didnt have a cable box. 310 needed a paint job. 310 appliances and furniture needed an upgrade. Both units don't have A/C but the ocean air was cool. I'm not sure what it would be like in the summer though. It was winter 310 didn't have a heater while 710 did. You can't beat the beach view and the proximity to all the restaurants though The service was good. I needed documents to be printed and faxed to our escrow company. The asst manager agreed to do it for me, which saved me time so I didn't have to go to Staples. I would definitely come back again but beware not all the condo units are equally in the same condition.
