The room was even better than the pictures, the size and design are amazing, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a facility of this size, as well as the level of cleanliness, both in your room and throughout the hotel. A hand-painted porcelain tile covered the balcony floor of our room, linking the hotel to the ceramic work craft traditions of Capri and the Amalfi coast. This is just one example of the care and effort put into all aspects of the hotel's design. It seems that all the hotel's staff is committed to providing the highest level of service. Every guest is known by name by the hotel manager, Oliver, who passes between the tables and speaks to any guest at breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use all the facilities. We didn't visit the pool or jacuzzi, but we did take a spa treatment. Our stay at the hotel was an integral part of our overall excellent Capri experience and one of the main contributors to it. The advertisement for the room we booked shows a bathtub, but there was only a (huge) shower in the room. We were offered an upgrade to a more expensive room with a bathtub, but we preferred the original room we booked, the room was amazing. The experience was excellent. Our next visit to Capri would definitely include staying at this hotel.

BEST STAFF EVER... Exquisite service...a GEM of a HOTEL. Our previous visit was in May 2022 and we were influenced when selecting Tiberio Palace, having read great reviews. We were back again last May. Having travelled extensively and stayed at so many top hotels around the world, the service/standards/attention to minute detail...EVERYTHING...at Tiberio Palace is remarkable. In particular their concierge service is excellent. They arrange seamless transfers from Naples airport and greet you off the hydrofoil, taking your luggage there and then (or from a helicopter) allowing you to enjoy a first stroll to hotel via one of Capri's colourful, convertible taxis or the cliff lift. One of our most anticipated experiences is that first stroll through the centre to the Tiberio Palace knowing the sheer joy which awaits on checking in...as well as the warm welcome. This gem of a hotel is so special...while it is a boutique hotel it is among the very best hotels we have ever stayed at...and we usually stay at Rosewoods, Belmonds, Dorchester Group and other amazing hotels around the world. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying lunch on the terrace in the Capri sunshine is simply joyous. The restaurant quality is exceptional and amongst the very best on the entire island. The hotel concierge has sent us to some lovely restaurants in Capri but whatever you do, lunch and dinner at the Tiberio Palace is a must... even if you are a non-resident. We prefer sitting by pool to sandy beaches but if the beach is your thing, the terrific concierge service can easily arrange access to beach clubs. Then afterwards you can withdraw to the sheer luxury and perfection of Tiberio Palace...away from the crowds and back into your own oasis. We do travel around the world frequently and after decades of staying in hundreds of hotels, we have found that there are some hotels which once discovered, keep drawing you back. Capri Palace is one of those.

General Manager - Oliver and his team does fabulous job. They make you feel very welcome and they mean that u are a important guest. Hotel’s Restaurant is mentioned in Michelin guide; however they do deserve a Michelin star. Delicious fine quality food and very accommodative. We are vegetarian and they created superb dinner experience for us. It was better then another Michelin Star restaurant we went to in Capri. We hope to return back sometime.

This is one of the most incredible hotel properties I’ve ever visited. You can lose yourself for hours exploring the art, decor, and designs, but that thing that makes even better is how friendly and accommodating the entire team is. Everyone we encountered, from the receptionists to the housekeepers and everyone in between, treated us warmly, like you would be at a friend’s home. I cannot wait to return.
