A lovely hotel I that seems cared for very well. The style is not modern but fits the island of Capri. Their poolside is hidden from the public with wonderful views of the mountain & a very soothing atmosphere. The breakfast terrace with a distant ocean view, as well as their restaurant under the lemon trees are cozy and beautiful. What really stands out is the service this hotel provides! We felt cared for very well, without it being too much. All in all the stay was a wholesome and relaxing experience and we would definitely come back.

Lousy hotel . The reception and the lobby looks great . Period . Nothing else positive to say . Staff is unfriendly. Rude and not helpful . On arrived at the harbor , your suitcases are ripped out of your hand , put on a trolley and you get it back at the hotel . Nu information , no communication. But at the end a bill of 2 times 17 euro for the 2 suitcases , no need to complain. , they just don’t listen or care . Very unfriendly staff . It’s not a 4 star hotel . I had better customer care in 1 star hotels when I was a backpacker . Not worthy of this money what you pay , search for another hotel

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights of our honeymoon. Rooms were clean and the pool was very relaxing. What sets it apart though is the service. The front desk staff was exceptional! They had wonderful suggestions from excursions to restaurants. They made all our reservations for us with short notice at Michelin star dining. They also suggested a boat tour that was something we will remember forever. We had a private boat for a very reasonable rate. Continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious on their terrace. This hotel is for sure where we will stay if we are fortunate enough to come to Capri again!
