Very nice hotel with great location! It’s 10 minutes away from the parks and 15 minutes away from Disney springs. The bars and the market are open until midnight which is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. We got a king suit and the room was huge with a separate section with TV. Also we loved the hotel’s spa. We got a 60 minutes full body massage and it was amazing! they are definitely professionals. The parking is very accessible and every wing has a dedicated parking lot.

There is a lot to like about the Caribe Royale. Of course it’s big and close to Disney, but even though it’s an older hotel itself, a lot has been updated including the 2-bed villas which are excellent for a family. Staff really are nice as well. But the hotel just doesn’t seem to have planned for its size…. See my photo for example, I’m 9 deep in a line (already waited 8 minutes) with 3 reception staff to get my hotel keys working. I’ve been to boutique hotels with 3 reception staff, the Caribe is 30x the size with the same number? The same with morning coffee. The only place in the whole hotel to get a coffee before 11am (when the Market opens) is Starbucks, where I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes each of my first 3 days here. 3 Starbucks staff serving a 2,000 guest hotel morning coffee? The same with the only casual restaurant Calypso, the 15 or so tables are absolutely packed by 6pm. The only other option is the fancy sit-down place or the grab-n-go market, why not make a larger casual place to eat with a family? I may come back to the Caribe, the above “issues” aren’t necessarily deal-breakers, but they sure are annoying and don’t seem like they be that difficult to solve - I wonder why they haven’t yet.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. The pool is amazing and so is the service. We had a great time at the pool. It was cold outside, the pool was heated to we could spend hours there either way. The restaurants are very special. The food is extraordinary and great. My personal highlight of this stay was the pool and pool bar crew. They made us feel so welcomed. Our kids (4 and 9) had a special moment too, they received a letter from an elf to the room. The lobby, stores and restaurants are all clean and full with so many pretty details. Our suite was cleans as well. There is so much space as a family of 4. Coffee was refilled daily. My only complaint is the parking situation. 38 USD/day. That’s ridiculously expensive. It’s just a parking lot, not even a garage.

Attended a conference here for work. Very irritating they didn't have vending available and only had the very selective complimentary beverages. Food was meh...Tried way too hard and really missed the mark. Do simple, and do it well. No need for fancy dishes that miss the marl completely. Especially with no other options available if dietary or preference dictates. And My GOD! $30 per day parking?!? Should be ashamed. Even if you are a guest you're going to get charged $28. A whole $2 discount if you stay there...🤦‍♂️. Will certainly provide feedback never to hold an even at this location again.
