A great hotel just a stone's throw from Disney. Spacious, modern, clean rooms with excellent service! The main pool is very nice, and the pool servers were great. Only downsides- this hotel is huge, so if you self-park, it's a hike. We used valet and it was way more convenient. Also, we were double charged for something, but a quick phone call resolved the issue. After we left this hotel we went to a hotel on Disney property, and honestly I wish we would have stayed longer at World Center instead, it was far nicer!!

Stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. Rooms were decent and I was able to check in early. For a hotel this size with various conference & ballrooms, there needs to be more dining options and at least one additional front desk. I tried to go to the front desk to get an extra key card one day but the line would have taken over an hour. If you're going to have this many rooms and events, you need to have the staff to support it. Food was underwhelming and not many options.

We stay here every year for conferences and we love it! Only one minor glitch during our stay last week. We had a late check out at 12 noon. We left our room to visit my sons in another room and were only gone for about 20 minutes. When we got back to our room at 11:45 to gather the rest of our things, the room was already stripped down and being cleaned. No big deal, however, I got my wife a new sweater for Christmas and she left it in the room on the bed which wasn’t there when we got there. We were told that if they find it they would let us know but so far, nothing has been found. But let me shift gears to the positive. There were two ladies from the front desk who went the extra mile for me and my family. I have to shout out Kimberly from the evening shift and Louise from the morning shift. They were so, so friendly and professional and made life so much easier for us. I hope that Marriott is caring for them the same way they are taking care of their loyal customers. They are both amazing and are worth their weight in GOLD! Thank you for being awesome you two! We sure hope that you’re there next year when we visit! God bless!
