Older hotel, but they are all older in Venice. It still has its charm though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was worth the ten euros with a good selection. Room was very comfortable with a balcony and the bed was good. Only gripe I have was the lack of hot water for the shower. It did get warm enough to be comfortable, but it was never really hot. And it is a short walk from the train station but over a bridge that spans the grand canel.

This neat hotel is located close to the train station, which was great for us, but you would need to get a ferry if you prefer not to walk the whole day to the main attractions. Main thing: Very very quiet in a hidden corner where only residents live. The room was ok, as well as the bathroom. They would need to fix a few things and would be great to have mosquito nets at the windows. Guys at the reception did a great job, they have a breakfast offer in the morning but we preferred to go out, there are good options just around the corner.

We stayed for three nights last month and this was a great hotel for us. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is not on a canal nor does it offer a scenic view. The room was not large but that was fine with us as we are out exploring all day. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The bathroom was a smidge tight but that's an easy work around. The Staff is exceptional; very friendly, courteous, and helpful! We also added the "breakfast included" perk and were very pleased with the morning buffet which included lots of coffee and expressos. If we return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again.
