I stayed here at the beginning of June with my 10 year old son for 4 days. What a lovely hotel. I speak a little bit of Italian so this helped but the staff were great at making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast had a brilliant selection of hot and cold food, fresh fruit and salad and cakes. I looked forward to breakfast each morning. My son woke with toothache at 1am one morning and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. Although I couldn’t get to an open chemist he suggested putting ice on his cheek and sent someone up with some ice and it worked so well. The toothache went and my son managed to go back to sleep and was fine for the rest of the holiday. The hotel is beautiful too. Great pride taken in the decor and the garden is lovely to unwind after a day of walking. Watch your peanuts and crisps for the cheeky pigeons though. The hotel is located it seems in an area where the locals like to hang out which is lovely and relaxed and there are a couple of lovely restaurants in the square just outside and a Coop convenience store right across the square from the hotel. It was the perfect location for us and the we would definitely come back to this hotel in future.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Mr. Umberto went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. The suite was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was top-notch. I can't wait to return to this outstanding establishment. Jamal

We had a nice stay at Hotel Aquarius (Sept. 2023). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and they were happy to hold our bags while we explored the city before check-in / after check-out. The hotel is located in a cute square with a lively but not overly-touristy vibe.

Unfortunately we were shoved into a room behind reception which was incredibly loud. Seemed more like a renovated office - we heard people talking through the night, zero soundproofing. Staff very friendly and location great but the room issue is just not what you need after a long flight. In all fairness we never asked for a room change because we were already in bed and settled until the noise started, but that room should never have been made into a room in the first place. Don’t think we will be going back given plenty other options in Venice.
