We stayed at Cari’s hotel for 5 nights and we were impressed . Beautiful hotel all the staff speak English and they look after you and the most beautiful thing is the restaurant for breakfast you can see all the ballrooms which was magical for us. We highly recommend the hotel they breakfast was amazing and the lady who looked after us was Fatima she was great and so kind. We had a great time and for sure we will recommend to our friends and family and we will be back again. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and memories. Regards Sepideh room 35

It has been such a pleasure staying at Carus. I don’t typically leave hotel reviews, but this place is just so wonderful. What’s so special is their people. Everyone is so service oriented, helpful and always with a smile. Literally everyone; not just the hotel manager, but the reception, housekeeping, service staff and the restaurant staff. It made me wonder how they keep their staff so happy. The cave suite was lovely as well; it’s exactly like the photos and very well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a hotel in Cappadocia that's got it all, look no further than the Carus Cappadocia Hotel. It's got a great location, top-notch service, and hospitality that's off the charts. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, you'll feel like you're part of the family. The Carus is located right in the heart of Cappadocia, so it's the perfect base for exploring the region's many natural wonders. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to go out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities you could need. Our room had a private balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and balloons. The Carus also has a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, a spa, and an indoor swimming pool built into the caves like a grotto so make sure you pack your bathing suit. Book a local tour and ask for Rana, you’ll be glad you did.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located in Goreme. The staff at Reception were very helpful and the General Manager was generous with his time, running through various sites we should visit and giving us recommendations. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The layout of the hotel is a delight. My husband used the pool, which was lovely and warm. Breakfast is exceptional. There is a wide range of food available, both sweet and savoury. The breakfast staff are all very efficient and Fatma always greeted us with a smile every morning.

Location is great. Clean. Valet parking service. Includes breakfast, but restaurant runs separately from the hotel even though it’s in there. Service was good, but we had many issues about the air conditioning in our room. We had no windows because we reserved a cave bedroom and they had the heating system on and the room was humid and hot. We needed AC, so we requested help to change it and the situation turned out to be very unpleasant and frustrating for us because 3 out of 4 nights we stayed at the hotel we had to call to get AC on in the room. They sent several technicians and each time they kept telling us that the hotel controls the system at their office in the temperature they wanted. There are several stairs to go up and down, so make sure they have a staff member available to help you out with your baggage. We had to get to the airport at 5:30am and they didn’t have enough staff to help us out with the baggage or to bring the rental car to the door. Also a suggestion about language barriers is to use a translator app because not everyone speak fluent English in Türkiye. This will happen every where you go in general.
