I stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving with my wife and 4-year-old daughter. Initially concerned about its child-friendliness, I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly warm and friendly to my daughter, making her experience truly magical. Check-in was smooth, and thanks to AMEX, I received a room upgrade and several amenities. Having stayed at numerous "5-star hotels" recently, I can confidently say that Casa Cipriani is a genuine 5-star establishment, truly deserving of its prestige. It flawlessly combines timeless elegance and sophisticated style. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for an extra day. The restaurant and in-room dining were outstanding. After seeing how much my daughter enjoyed the tiny jars of jam at breakfast, room service surprised us with a tray of assorted jams and toast, making her feel so special. Without a doubt, this will be our top choice for New York stays. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit!

We thought the hotel was spectacular. The service, cleanliness, the outlets such as the spa and dining rooms were outstanding! We thought the staff was very friendly and hands on. We utilized room service which was fast and delicious. We used the butler service and the spa. Most of alll the nightlife at the bar was a lot of fun. Look forward to returning.

One of the most elegant places in NYC. From the rooms to the spa to the restaurant. All tremendous. Even the Jazz room is always popping. The food is 5/5. The service is 5/5. Hands down one of the greater membership club in New York City.

I must commend Mr. Stefano Sturaro, the director of the front desk, for his excellent service. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience were evident throughout my stay. It's clear that the staff at Casa Cipriani, under Mr. Sturaro's leadership, goes above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service. One standout personality who made our stay at Casa Cipriani in New York truly memorable was Marcus, the bellman. Marcus exuded enthusiasm and positive energy. His genuine interest in making guests feel welcome left a lasting impression.
