We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was a great experience. We had awesome views from our room on the 23rd floor. Rooms are small, but stylish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We once had a plumbing issue, but it was resolved very quickly after we reported it. We liked the location as it is (very) close to Soho shopping and Little Italy, and easy walking distance to the financial district. Lots of traffic congestion in area, but close to subway stations if you need to travel further (and don't want to waste time in traffic). Minor negative point was that the sleeper coach in our room was not very comfortable, but it would be fine for small children.

Nomo Soho is a fashionable hotel in the heart of Soho. We stayed in the hotel for 7 days and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms are on the small side but, after all, this is Manhattan. The room comes equipped with all the needed supplies that are refreshed on a daily basis, such as towels, bedding and shampoos. The bed was perfect, but in the end this all comes down to personal preference. And by the way, you can set your own preferred room temperature. A coat rack of some sort would have been convenient, given several jackets and scarfs are used during winter time. Unfortunately this was missing, as well as a minibar to keep your refreshments nice and cold. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and the staff is friendly. Given you are in the heart of Soho, there are plenty of really good places around to get breakfast or coffee. We have enjoyed our stay at Nomo Soho and will definitely be back for future visits.

Room was clean and it's located in a cool spot of town. But, the staff seemed a little flustered when I was there. Probably understaffed? Elevators were also a huge mess my first two days there. 15 minute wait times or walk 15 floors. Also, received a room charge for a meal at their restaurant after I had already checked out. Called multiple times and they said they'd get back to me, but never heard back. Never received any documentation or proof of the charge. Credit card company tried to reverse the charges, but ultimately was unsuccessful? Guess they manufactured some receipts. Little stuff like that basically makes me never want to go back.

This is a decent enough hotel that with some modest customer service improvements could be exceptional. The rooms are in areas worn, but nothing is major or completely wrecked. The design is pretty cool and very posh. Rooms are clean and thank god finally a hotel with daily room turn down. Location is superb with short walks to all the major stations, and exceptional shopping a short walk away. Most of the good dining options are not close by, but the central location on a quiet street make it easy to get around. Customer service is not great, it’s not terrible, just not great. Generally most employees are nice enough, but certainly not super enthused about helping you or their fellow employees out. I found the front desk staff to not be overwhelmingly welcoming, and at times they looked uninterested. The views, are just simply stunning - some of the best you can get in NYC.

We did a mother and daughter trip and enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our room was exceptional clean and came with a great floor to ceiling view of the city. The dining area and patio were decorated beautifully. We didn't eat there but did have a few drinks, which were excellent! I was very impressed with the staff and level of service that the hotel provided. The area where the hotel is in is a perfect location to where it's still walkable to see everything. I would definitely recommend staying here!
