Everything is always wonderful at the Soho Grand! I ended up staying 4 nights but wish I could stay a month! Truly great staff from the doormen to the people in the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping...everyone is so kind and helpful. I'm also in love with their beds and pillows. So grateful to have such a wonderful hotel right around the corner from my daughter. I will be back soon!!

Hotel is reminiscent of old NY charm, very vintage vibe. But the true star of this hotel is it's location, its right in the heart of SOHO Manhattan VERY close to major shopping! The room was a good size for a single traveling, maybe tight for 2 people but it is NY! The live music on Saturdays make it a little loud, and you can easily hear the noise outside. But keeping that all in mind, this is a solid SOHO hotel.

We loved our stay at the Soho Grand! Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were a dream. Everyone was helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel is in a great location - near several restaurants and bars on our itinerary. We also ate at the Soho Diner and it was delicious! We will definitely return soon.

The place is unmatched. It’s as cool as it is fancy, and it is as friendly as it is chic. Such a dream come true. Every inch of the place is photo worthy for a Super cool pic. People are so incredibly friendly, and the food and drink are amazing. Be sure to eat at the Soho diner anytime of day. We simply posted a picture… Taken by the incredibly friendly Doorman… and our friends and family have been raving about the Soho grand! It is simply the coolest place and completely worth staying there. She says that it is mission-driven, and so customer focused. Such an experience.
