We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Dann during our adoption. They were so helpful and flexible with our booking when we needed somewhere to stay during a delay. It’s conveniently located near Parque 93 and a lot to do. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The AC in our room didn’t work but as soon as we called about it, they sent up a fan to help make us more comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options, which we really enjoyed. The pool and spa are also lovely facilities and so nice to have to when you want to stay in. We would definitely recommend Casa Dann!

The services was great but the building it self is very old and needs a lot Of upgrade . Our AC didn’t worked the door was hard to lock. The bathroom sink has issues. Hot water took a while. Nothing looks in the room like the pictures. It is a very outdated hotel. What you see in the lobby doesn’t look at all in the rooms.

First time staying here but definitely will return. Excellent service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfy and spacious and their prices are very fair for what they offer. The breakfast could certainly use some improvement as I was expecting something much better and more variety. Location is great and pretty central to everything in the parque 93 area.

Well, we arrived tonight and once we got to the room well it was like we had the party from the rooftop happenjng in our room. NOBODY at check in told us about this… anyway i called the reception and asked to please change us the room, to what they had a funny laugh saying “oh yea there is a promo happenjng”… anyway they changed us to another room, a room that looks like a ghost from someone that got murdered will come and hunt us, extremely outdated. I do not recommend, the right thing would have been to let us know that these events were happening…
