The staff was super kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel decoration is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept. The room size was great. Loved having a couch in the room to hang out instead of being only on the bed. Make sure you go down for breakfast on time. We showed up 5 minutes after breakfast was over - due to the only elevator in the building being busy and we missed breakfast the first day. The second day we had an early check-out time as our flight was super early. However, the staff offered us a breakfast box to take with us to the airport. It was something super simple, a ham and cheese sandwhich, fruit, and orange juice. Extremely thoughtful staff!

We were given one of those rooms where the club went on till 4am in the morning. All you can hear the the base pulse throughout the room. We never complained to the staff to move our room. We just dealt with it being in Bogota and all. Overall the staff was great, but they need to deal with the club nextdoor or have better insulation from the sound.

The location and staff make the hotel a worthwhile stay, The breakfast buffet is often the same dishes everyday which is a let down when there's so many options available, reluctant to top up so get in early otherwise you'll miss out. Final hotel bill not given on departure and is emailed after you leave is poor service. Staff at reception are friendly and approachable with excellent local knowledge. Rooms are small, each one is different in size for the same rate so it's pot luck which one you get. We had 3 different rooms, the decor was tired and the picture frames had no pictures. Can be noisy at night as local nightclubs across the road. Recommend hotel if being in party central is why you want to stay in this area.
