I will start by saying that I am a Marriot Gold Eline frequent member spending over 31 days just this year. The room was nothing like the pictures and overall ok but nothing special. Air conditioning not great to control. Dinning room (also breakfast area) was extremely cold and not in any way cozy. Breakfast was also cold…. All of it! Coffee was terrible. I arrived a bit early and gave notice on my app check in…. Waited for over 4 hours. After departure somehow is like I was never there. I had to request my points for my stay….

The moment I stepped into the hotel I felt at home. Amazing service, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Impecable room and bathroom with perfect water pressure and hot water. As far as location, very centric and walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Fresh fruits, omelette station, a variety of bread, cheeses and deli meats. Coffee and natural juices, so fresh so good! Thank you Raquel, hotel manager, for leading such an amazing team, I was impressed by your kindness and attention to detail through out our stay in Lima. I will definitely be back!
