Lovely, cozy and clean place with comfortable color themed rooms decorated in a vintage Italian style. And it’s in the heart of Rome, so we reached every single popular tourist destination on foot and always had a restaurant close by. We stayed in the Blue Room which was perfect for us, with a big comfy bed, TV and a sink. There is a fridge in the hallway that can be shared. No smoking area, but I didn’t mind going down a quick flight of stairs to have a cigarette outside (there is a shortage of garbage bins or dumpsters on the street, so have something handy to use as an ashtray). The separate bathroom was never an issue and we never felt the need to lock it (each room has its own bathroom, anyway). The room and bathroom were cleaned daily without a special request. Try not to be loud, as the place is not sound proof. We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful and homey.

Excellent location, can’t be better! The house is beautiful, as well as the entrance and the rooms. The interior design works so well for Rome, it gives you the perfect mood for the day! Very kind and responsive staff! However, there was one little disadvantage: the bathroom wasn’t ensuite, you had to walk down the corridor to reach it. The bathroom itself was very nice and the walk to it took about 5 seconds, but the fact that you had to get dressed every time you want to go to the toilet was a bit disappointing… Nevertheless, it was an overall great experience, great value for money:) Would come back and recommend to a friend!

The self check in and out makes the whole experience so smooth. We loved it. Not a room to get lazy in. A practical, well-kept room, to get out of and walk!

This is a quaint little guest house with personal (small) rooms located in the very center of Rome. Pza Spagna is very close. It's clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. A simple breakfast is served in the room, nice touch but for sure the croissants could have been fresh? Good start to the day though. I would say you hear your neighours quite clearly, at least from the hallway. The private bathroom is in the hallway but it's close and it's extremely nice. There is a late night mini market just outside for extra drinks.
