Unfortunately I can't reply to the customer in the last review but I do so by writing a new review because I have to have a way to defend myself from attacks from people who evidently take pleasure in offending others. First of all, the structure conforms to the photos on all the websites where the rooms are sold. We provide FREE parking which is less than a three minute walk away and is closed by a gate that can only be opened with the remote control for customer safety. The rooms all come with a private bathroom, dehumidifier and fans. Unfortunately, since it is a basement and due to the particularity of the vaulted ceilings (which customers appreciate), it was not possible to put on air conditioning, but being a basement it is very cool even in summer. Two rooms overlook the street and two rooms overlook the internal courtyard, which is why earplugs are provided for those staying on the street side and customers really appreciate it as evidenced by the hundreds of reviews on the internet. The customer in the previous review thought he had booked the entire apartment for the price of a room and did not want to share the kitchen and common areas with the other customers and demanded a refund of the booking which naturally I opposed and due to his resentment wrote the review mentioned above. UNPRESENTABLE perhaps the writing while looking in the mirror

NOT RECOMMENDED! I booked this unpresentable place seeing some beautiful presentation photos on the booking channel, but once I saw the place I had to book another last-minute location for me and my work colleagues. We start from the car park 300m away from the location and not 150m as in the description. We are welcomed by a girl who works for the structure who accompanies us in front of a street entrance WITHOUT LOCK, we enter; a DARK ENVIRONMENT and a SMELL OF DAMP welcome us into a messy and dirty environment (there were some food scraps on the table). We enter the room intended for us... we start from some unpresentable beds, a double bed and a camp bed under a window. We find some earplugs on the table; as soon as we enter we are unable to communicate, an ambulance, a garbage truck and other loud noises welcome us, together with a small fan and a humidifier which are useless for the narrow spaces and the heat. A front door to the room with an interior door lock, ZERO SECURITY, and I had gone there on business carrying some expensive equipment. Moral of the story, we left the room immediately and found another last-minute accommodation. Ah, finally, an uncomfortable parking lot that looked like a lagoon, immersed in a sea of mud. We also paid the tourist tax even though we didn't stay overnight. The owner didn't want to know about it and even asked us to pay in full in cash before the stay.
