The hotel is exactly how advertised. It is much smaller than the photos allude. It's not a real service oriented place. The doors are locked all the time. The amenities leave a lot to desire. The decorations and the rooms are nice, but there is no charm. Also the design of this Microhotel presents a problem for privacy. The rooms have windows inside which allow the breeze from outside the room to enter. However those windows don't open for access to fresh air, only the air hallways. Which allows for noise pollution from other guests. Not a great location for intimacy, as conversations and other noises are easily heard in adjacent rooms.

It is a fairly average experience, with my family we stayed two nights and the truth is that the attention of the receptionists seems terrible, and the rooms are not cleaned well, the cleanliness apparently is like that in almost all the rooms. This hotel has a lot of room for improvement, I don't recommend it.

If I could give it 0 I would. Terrible customer service, I recommend that you book another hotel that does what it promises. First they tell you one price in the reservation and then when you go they tell you another, they say that they accept credit cards but you have to pay in cash and when you have to pay your reservation in dollars, they tell you that the dollar went down and now it is more expensive. They never offered me a breakfast nor do they have good customer service. I had to leave earlier and before leaving I asked if everything was paid for, they told me it was fine that I could leave and then they called me to tell me what I owed and that I left without warning, as if I were a thief, it made me feel super uncomfortable that situation and the treatment in general. Book in a hotel that has good customer service and that fulfills what it promises, it is a lie that they have a restaurant and bar. All very poor 0/10.
