Great, comfortable bed. Good views. Relatively close to the airport. Everything was clean and organized. The showers had strong consistent pressure and temperature (which is not always a sure thing in this part of the city or Bogotá in general). The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great. And the windows manage to shut off most of the noise, the door and walls are not so great at this.

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay at Urban 26 Royal. Some of the highlights are the excellent service and the delicious food they served us (we ordered room service almost everyday). We also liked how convenient it was with regards to parking, as they had a third-party parking garage next to the hotel (very affordable daily parking). Overall a great choice for the price and how close it is to the airport.

The hotel is new and looks decent, but there are main issues. The hotel is a bit far from both the airport and the city center, leaving you isolated is an odd business area in front of apartments. The rooms do not have AC and the hotel is located on a main road so it's extremely loud when you open a window. The food is not good and there are additional charges for everything even water. Honestly this is an extremely disappointing NH hotel and way overpriced for the location and what you get. I would avoid and book elsewhere.

Excellent and good-value hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Lovely view and the breakfast was the best part (see photos). Very kind and helpful staff. Santiago and Paula in particular helping us with ordering a taxi and looking after our bags. Hotel is pretty well insulated against the sound of the traffic outside but wearing earplugs is still advisable because Colombian traffic has a lot of motorbikes.
