Nice hotel. Standing next to a catholic church and right at the channel (the water is couple meters away). The location is very convenient if you travel by car, because the hotel is only 300-400 meters away from the big 10 level parking and after that the only transport is by water. The breakfasts were nice, not the 5 star, but still enough

Very good location in close proximity to transport hub, and very handy water taxi stop right outside. However, if you choose to walk to get to the main tourist sights, its a fair way. Restaurants and bars all around. Easy to locate so you won't get lost in the maze of canals and alleys trying to find it. I booked a room with ensuite and it was larger and more comfortable than I expected, the bathroom is almost luxurious! Beautiful rooftop and canal views from my room. Really nice and helpful reception staff who all speak good English and are there 24/7. The breakfast though is sad. Okay for a coffee and a nibble, but could really use some fresh items and better baked products.

Unfortunately this was the worst accomodation I stayed in. The room was tiny and was like a hostel dorm (advertised as a hotel and priced accordingly), the bed and pillow were like a rock, not comfortable. I could hear everyone coming and going, people in other rooms using the bathroom, coughing etc. I feel like the reviews I read were quite deceptive. We had to hand in our key and collect again every time we went out. Additionally would be good if the breakfast included some fruit or something fresh, it was all processed Location was good though, walkable from the centre and station

We are absolutely delighted that we could stay in this nice place. Great for kids, staff were totally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast sufficient to get the day started. Room is very clean, you get a super shower in the bathroom. It was warm as the heating was on and temperatures outside cold in morning and evening. Location is super as it is right by the bus station and the vaporetto. Supermarkets dm and coop are just around the corner. The hotel is in a quiet location and it suited us very well. Thanks for having us there😊
