Transportation to and from the hotel was an absolute breeze, thanks to the convenient water taxi service. Arriving at the hotel via the canal gave us an authentic Venetian welcome and added an element of adventure to our stay. The hotel's location also allowed us easy access to the city's most famous attractions, ensuring that we could explore Venice with utmost convenience. Stayed here for two nights in one of their "canal view" rooms and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was immaculately presented. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting in the room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel breakfast was one of the best I've had in all my travels with a great selection of cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, meats and eggs. The hotel also has a spa, but I didn't get the chance to use it as we were only in Venice for 2 nights. Treat yourself to a pick up directly from the hotel by gondola or water taxi for the ultimate in convenience, which the hotel reception can arrange - we got a water taxi back to the airport which was expensive but super convenient (and was a treat for my birthday).
