Very bad experience in this “hotel”/“hostel”. I don’t even know who give this hole more than 1 star rating. The place is super dirty. There is no housekeeping till certain time. They don’t even provide clean towels. All towels are dirty and stinky. We had to buy our own towels. There is no manager on duty you can address your requests besides host who doesn’t even know what they are doing there. The hot tub is not working and super dirty. Beds are super hard and pillows as well( if you can call it pillows). I’ll never ever come back here. The worst hotel experience I ever had in Cancun:(

My wife and I just stayed a week at this hotel. We are so glad we decided to book here. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was great, and the pool bar was good as well. Beach access was super easy. The staff were so friendly there. Esmerilda even showed us the presidential room on the second floor for the next time we visit. This will be our goto hotel from now on. A+++

Let me tell you this hotel is beautiful. It is near a mall that has a grocery store in it and so much more. You can pick up the bus right by the hotel. The beach access, you cannot get closer. The staff is so friendly. I had a wonderful time.

"If you're seeking a tranquil and personalized experience in a charming, historic hotel, this is the perfect choice! The hotel exudes a rich sense of history and even boasts its very own beach. What's more, it's surprisingly affordable, and they offer excellent food and bar service at the pool. Such a unique find in the midst of all the huge AI hotels in Cancun's hotel zone. This small "boutique" hotel reminds me of Acapulco back in the 90's. When I say no frills I mean no bottled water, no coffee maker, no room service, no valet parking, no ice machine on your floor, two towels, and no luxury bedding. But I would gladly trade all of that for the charm, the amazing kind, helpful attentive staff and the cleanest rooms and grounds. But the highlight is the staff. Oscar and were the charm that makes this place so special. I am ashamed I do not remember the gentleman who checked us in. I think it was Jose Manuel. Such a great guy. We arrived with a low tire. He went out and stood with my husband while he re-inflated the tire to be sure he didn't need help. I'll take this charm over an in room coffee maker any day.
